Please stop using MMM to gain cheap popularity. Leave us
alone and let us work without interference. I’m just astonished by your
irresponsibility and cynical attitude. Interests of millions of people, your
fellow citizens are at stake. Don’t you have any sympathy for them? Why are you
fueling hysteria around MMM and provoking a panic? Why are you doing this so
diligently and persistently, what is your purpose?
In fact, absolutely all your provocative and worthless
articles and “analyses” (I said “worthless” because you do not have any real
information about what happens in the System, and might have never had; you
simply invent everything, fabricate it) are merely negative: “MMM has
collapsed!!!.. MMM will not be working in January!!!..” etc. Are you
intentionally presenting all of it in such a manner and whipping up tension by
any means possible in order to increase the ratings of your publications and
attract attention to them? Don’t you care about people at all?
So, nothing has collapsed, and MMM will safely resume its
work in January, as announced. Suspension of work for holidays is a usual
thing, merely working moment, no more than that. It would have remained a
normal, just a part of the usual routine, and might have gone almost unnoticed
if it were not for your totally cynical and irresponsible attempts to advertise
yourself, create a scandal out of nowhere, and make the most of this news topic
in any possible way.
Again, leave MMM alone and let us
work. Nothing has collapsed, and MMM will perfectly resume its work in January.

MMM Nigeria has not, will not crash – Guiders
By Omobolanle Jonah Promoters of MMM Nigeria, known as Guiders have urged Nigerians to remain calm as the one month freezing of all accounts of the scheme is a measure adopted to ensure sustainability and stability of the scheme.

The system which entails the Providing Help (PH) and the Getting Help (GH) also assured that there is nothing to worry about since the ‘FROZEN ACCOUNT’ period is even the best time to provide help. Sergey Mavrodi of inventor MMM They also said that the accounts will continue to grow with a 50% more benefit on the amount staked or provided (PH). The guiders took to the MMM Nigeria website to douse tension and provide explanations on the one month account freezing. Read full explanation below: “Good morning Mavrodians. What we are seeing now is the only practical measure to protect MMM Nigeria from danger. “A lot of news of MMM crash this December has been on the social media and other news and gossip. This has really affected the system. There were heavy conspiracies by financial institutions to collapse the system. What happened to the system last week would have been worse if GH is allowed today. Despite the holiday bonus, many participants were ready to GH today. The PH is not commensurate to the GH and this is the fear created by sponsored fake news. “The truth remains that the mavros in the system are safe until they are unfrozen. Those who have PH in the system shouldn’t cancel them because since all green mavro are frozen no PH will be paired. “For those who understand the system, what has happened is a temporary measure to save the system and saving the system is saving our money. If we are allowed to GH, by next week there may be no enough PH to pair the GH then the worst will happen. “This is a kind of caution taken to avert danger. So our mavros are safe. I encourage those who want to PH to still do their PH. The maturity is January and doesn’t change anything by then the system is back and stronger. “Don’t lose hope, all of us have mavros in the system and let’s not use because of this little set back forget what MMM has done for us and will do more if the system is safeguarded. “I personally feel the same way as you but it’s better to save the system than lose everything. “Some people are complaining why the Guiders were not informed and my response is, if the Guiders were informed the system will crash in less than 10mins of the information.” “The way you received the news is the way we Guiders received the news but we have the training that such thing may happen if there is evidence of danger ahead. This show how firm and protective MMM is structured.” “Let’s be optimistic and positive. This is our community, let’s protect it.” This message was sent out by MMM Nigeria Guiders who identified themselves as Guider DonVal Amaechi and Guider Philip Awazi. Recall that members of the scheme woke up Tuesday morning with a shock message displaying on their screens indicating that all access to requesting of fund, (Getting help) had been frozen till January 14. This caused panic and confusion among the over three million member participants of the scheme.

WORLD’S FIRST LESBIAN BISHOP CALLS FOR CHURCH TO REMOVE CROSSES, TO INSTALL MUSLIM PRAYER SPACE
The Bishop of Stockholm has proposed a church in her diocese remove all signs of the cross and put down markings showing the direction to Mecca for the benefit of Muslim worshippers.
Eva Brunne, who was made the world’s first openly lesbian bishop by the church of Sweden in 2009, and has a young son with her wife and fellow lesbian priest Gunilla Linden, made the suggestion to make those of other faiths more welcome.Calling Muslim guests to the church “angels“, the Bishop later took to her official blog to explain that removing Christian symbols from the church and preparing the building for Muslim prayer doesn’t make a priest any less a defender of the faith. Rather, to do any less would make one “stingy towards people of other faiths”.
The bishop insisted this wasn’t an issue, after all airports and hospitals already had multi-faith prayer rooms, and converting the dockyard church would only bring it up to speed. Regardless, the announcement has aroused protest.
Father Patrik Pettersson, one of the priests in her diocese and active in the same parish as the Seaman’s mission church has hit back in a blog of his own, complaining there is no way you could equate a consecrated church with a prayer room, remarking “I should have thought a bishop would be able to tell the difference”.
Calling the bishop’s words “theologically unthinking”, he asked what was to be done with crucifixes screwed to the walls, and heavy items such as baptismal fonts.
“Ignoring the rhetorical murmuring”, Pettersson wrote: “The only argument bishop Eva really put forward in support of her view is ‘hospitality’… How do you respond to that? Not much of a basis for discussion, as one colleague put it. The theological, ecclesiological, pastoral and working issues are left untouched”.
The actual priest at the Seaman’s mission was left nonplussed by the comments of the Bishop when contacted by Dagen.se for comment.
As an independent mission the church operates outside of the diocese, and so the bishop has no authority there, a fact reflected by the response of the church director who said the bishop’s words were her business alone.
When asked whether she would be removing the cross from her church, Kiki Wetterberg responded: “I have no problem with Muslim or Hindu sailors coming here and praying. But I believe that we are a Christian church, so we keep the symbols. If I visit a mosque I do not ask them to take down their symbols. It’s my choice to go in there”.
The upper echelons of the Church of Sweden, much like other national churches across Europe, seem to be fully invested in the diversity mission. Back in February, a parish church in multicultural paradise Malmö declared

Lille
(France) (AFP) - The world's first face transplant recipient,
Frenchwoman Isabelle Dinoire, died in April "after a long illness", a
hospital said Tuesday.
In
2005, at the age of 38, Dinoire received a graft comprising the nose,
lips and chin of a brain-dead donor to replace parts of her face that
had been mauled by her dog.
The
hospital in Amiens, northern France, confirmed the death of "Mrs D.,
the first patient in the world to receive a face transplant".
The hospital said her death had been kept quiet to protect her family's privacy.
The
ground-breaking operation had raised hopes around the world for victims
with faces disfigured in accidents or assaults, with surgeons in the
United States, Spain, China, Belgium, Poland and Turkey performing
partial or full transplants since the ground-breaking surgery on
Dinoire.
- Risk of rejection -
But
the initial enthusiasm over the procedure has been tempered by a
daunting risk that the patient's body will eventually reject the donor's
tissue.
Le
Figaro newspaper reported that Dinoire's body had rejected the
transplant last year "and she had lost part of the use of her lips".
The
drugs that she had to take to prevent her body from rejecting the
transplant left her susceptible to cancer, and two forms of cancer had
developed, the report said.
Jean-Pierre
Meningaud, of a team at a Paris hospital that has performed seven face
transplants, told AFP: "All the patients we operated on have had
reactions of rejection, which leads to higher doses of drugs, and with
them, the risks."
He
added that in addition to the risk of rejection a number of other
problems can crop up including "grafts that age a little faster than
(the patient), problems of (skin) colour, high blood pressure (and)
mood."
Meningaud said that with Dinoire's death, "we should put these transplants on hold pending advances in immunology".
Dinoire
gave a remarkable news conference in February 2006, just three months
after the operation, when the blonde, blue-eyed mother of two appeared
before a scrum of TV cameras.
She appeared to be wearing thick makeup to disguise the scars of the procedure and lips that were heavy and inflexible.
She
spoke with a pronounced lisp but was otherwise comprehensible as she
recounted how she had fainted after "taking medicines to forget"
personal problems.
"When
I woke up, I tried to light a cigarette and I couldn't understand why
it didn't stay between my lips. Then I saw the pool of blood and the dog
next to me," she said.
"I went to look in the mirror and was horrified."
But the ground-breaking operation gave her a new lease of life.
"Since my operation I have a face, like everyone... I will be able to resume a normal life," the divorcee said.
The
operation was led by Jean-Michel Dubernard, a world-renowned surgeon at
Edouard Herriot hospital in the eastern city of Lyon, and Bernard
Devauchelle, a professor of facial surgery.
Dubernard
had performed the world's first hand transplant in September 1998,
followed by the first double hand and forearm transplant in January
2000.
The
transplant team came under fire from within the French medical
profession for releasing post-operation pictures of the patient.
At
the time, a specialist in reconstructive surgery, Maurice Mimoun,
recognised the emotional nature of the debate, noting the face's
"relationship with the soul".
The first full face transplant was performed by a Spanish team in March 2010 on a man whose face was disfigured in an accident.

Baton Rouge killing: Black Lives Matter protest photo hailed as 'legendary'
![]() |
| Jonathan Bachman's image from Baton Rouge has been widely shared on social media |
Protests have continued in the
United States, after violent incidents involving African American people
and the police last week.
On Sunday, dozens of protesters were arrested in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where a black man was killed by police last Tuesday. In an atmosphere of heightened racial tension, and amid growing debate over the seeming militarisation of American police, one photo has stood out.
It was taken by Jonathan Bachman, a New Orleans-based photographer who has been working for Reuters in the past few days.
The image shows a young woman in a dress standing calmly in front of two police officers wearing layers of armour, and appearing to approach her in a hurry.
The photograph was taken outside the Baton Rouge police headquarters, where most of Saturday's protest was focused.
"The police were called out to clear Airline Highway where demonstrators had blocked the road... They managed to get most of the protesters off to the side," Bachman told the BBC via email.
"I was on the side of the road photographing protesters arguing with police.
"I looked over my right shoulder and saw the woman step onto the road. She was making her stand. She said nothing and was not moving. It was clear that the police were going to have to detain her.
Her identity remains unknown to him, he says. Reuters reports she was later detained, but little more is known about her.
However, a nurse has claimed on Facebook to be the woman in the picture, and said she is "alive and safe".
'Humbled'
Among the most prominent people to share the image on Facebook was Shaun King, a senior justice reporter with the New York Daily News newspaper with more than 560,000 followers. One comment beneath his post, liked more than 3,300 times, called it a "legendary picture" that "will be in history and art books from this time".

The demonstration, organised by the civil rights group Black Lives Matter, took place days after police killed Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge. A video showed two white police officers holding him down and shooting him. Police said they had received a report an armed man was making threats.
Other notable figures online to share the image include Calestous Juma, a Kenyan-born professor at the John F Kennedy School of Government, who was once named among the 100 most influential Africans.
British-Indian novelist Hari Kunzru praised the "grace under pressure" shown by the woman in the photo.
Bachman said he was unaware of the praise he was getting until his father called him, a few hours later.
So how does he feel?
"I feel very humble to capture an image that tells the story of what has been happening here in Baton Rouge.
"The woman did not show any aggression toward the police. I feel it is very representative of the peaceful demonstrations that have taken place here. People are very angry and have gone through a tremendous amount of pain; but they have not turned to violence."
He is still in Baton Rouge, covering the events there.
The incident was also captured from another angle by Associated Press photographer Max Becherer.

Five Dallas police killed in ambush, suspect identified as Army reservist

A
gunman who served in the U.S. Army Reserve and said he was "upset at
white people" was part of an attack in which five Dallas police officers
were killed and another seven were wounded, authorities said on Friday.
The attack ended hours later when police used a robot carrying a bomb to kill the shooter, the Dallas police chief said.
The
Thursday night killings, at the end of a protest over this week's pair
of fatal shootings of black men by police in Louisiana and Minnesota,
fueled a national debate over excessive police force. The overnight
attack raised fears that others would seek to retaliate against police.
Authorities
said that the gunman fired at least some of the shots in the attack but
have not ruled out that other shooters were involved.
A U.S. government source told Reuters the shooter was identified as Micah X. Johnson, a member of the U.S. Army Reserve.
A
string of killings of black men by police in cities including Ferguson,
Missouri, New York, Baltimore and Chicago have given rise to the Black
Lives Matter movement against excessive police force. The killings have
spurred almost two years of largely peaceful street protests.
Thursday's
shooting sent protesters running in panic while swarms of police found
themselves under attack by what they believed to be multiple gunmen
using high-powered rifles at ground level and on rooftops.
During lengthy negotiations with police, the gunman said "the end is coming," according to Dallas Police Chief David Brown.
"He
said he was upset about the recent police shootings. said Brown, who is
black. "The suspect said he was upset at white people. The suspect
stated that he wanted to kill white people, especially white officers."
Brown
declined to say how many people took part in the attack. "We're going
to keep these suspects guessing," he told reporters at City Hall.
Police
said they were questioning two occupants of a Mercedes they had pulled
over after seeing a man throwing a camouflage bag inside the back of the
vehicle, which then sped off on a downtown street. A woman was also
taken into custody near the garage where the standoff took place.
Reverend
Jeff Hood, an organizer of Thursday night's protest in Dallas, said he
had been chatting with some of the police officers on the street when
gunfire erupted.
"Immediately,
when I heard the shots, I looked up and I saw what I believe were two
police officers that went down. I didn't know what to do," Hood told
reporters on Friday. "If we continue to turn to violence, we are going
to continue to see heartache and devastation."

Matter movement sent the message: "Black Lives Matter advocates dignity,
justice and freedom. Not murder."
After Philando Castile’s Killing, Obama Calls Police Shootings ‘an American Issue’
ST. PAUL —
President Obama, reacting with the same horror as many Americans to a grisly video of a bloody, dying man in Minnesota who was shot by the police, begged the nation to confront the racial disparities in law enforcement while acknowledging the dangers that officers face.
President Obama, reacting with the same horror as many Americans to a grisly video of a bloody, dying man in Minnesota who was shot by the police, begged the nation to confront the racial disparities in law enforcement while acknowledging the dangers that officers face.
“When
incidents like this occur, there’s a big chunk of our citizenry that
feels as if, because of the color of their skin, they are not being
treated the same, and that hurts, and that should trouble all of us,”
Mr. Obama said in a statement on Thursday after arriving in Warsaw for a
NATO summit. “This is not just a black issue, not just a Hispanic
issue. This is an American issue that we all should care about.”
A
few hours earlier, Gov. Mark Dayton of Minnesota, who seemed shaken by
the video showing the man, Philando Castile, as he died, also pointed to
the role of race. “Would this have happened if the driver were white,
if the passengers were white?” he asked. “I don’t think it would have.”
The
statements capped a wrenching day that started with widespread replays
of the extraordinary video of Mr. Castile’s final moments and the
aftermath of the shooting, which his girlfriend had narrated as they occurred live on Facebook. There were demonstrations and a vigil for Mr. Castile, with appearances by members of his family, in St. Paul.
But the shooting reverberated far beyond the state. In Dallas, gunfire broke out
Thursday evening at a demonstration, turning a vocal but peaceful rally
into chaos as two snipers shot at police officers, killing five of
them, the police said.
Mr. Dayton and members of Minnesota’s congressional delegation asked for the Justice Department
to investigate the death of Mr. Castile, 32, who died hours after the
department took over the investigation into the fatal police shooting,
also captured on video, in Baton Rouge, La. The governor said he had spoken with White House and Justice Department officials.
Minnesota Governor Responds to Shooting
But the department responded that for now, it would leave the investigation to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and would offer assistance.
The
shootings in Louisiana and Minnesota follow a long string of deaths of
black people at the hands of the police — in Staten Island; Cleveland;
Baltimore; Ferguson, Mo.; and North Charleston, S.C., among others —
that have stoked outrage around the country. The encounters, many of
them at least partly caught on video, have led to intense debate about
race relations and law enforcement.
Mr. Obama, in Warsaw, said he felt compelled to follow up a Facebook message
with a personal statement about the killings, though he said he could
not comment directly on them. “But what I can say is that all of us, as
Americans, should be troubled by these shootings, because these are not
isolated incidents,” he said. “They’re symptomatic of a broader set of
racial disparities that exist in our criminal justice system.”
The
president cited the nation’s tortured racial history and current
statistics on unequal treatment of the races. Sounding wistful, he said,
“maybe in my children’s lifetimes, all the vestiges of that past will
have been cured.”
Mr.
Castile’s deadly encounter with the police occurred Wednesday night at 9
p.m., in the small city of Falcon Heights, just northwest of St. Paul.
The graphic video showed Mr. Castile, who had been shot several times,
slumping toward the woman who was recording the scene. As she did so,
her 4-year-old daughter sat in the back seat and an officer stood just
outside the driver’s side window, still aiming his gun at the mortally
wounded man at point-blank range.
The video is all the more shocking for the calm, clear narration of the woman, Diamond Reynolds,
and the fact that she was streaming it live on Facebook. On the video,
Ms. Reynolds, who said Mr. Castile was her boyfriend, gives her account
of what happened, saying again and again that he had informed the
officer that he was carrying a gun, and that he was just reaching for
his driver’s license and registration — as the officer had requested —
when the officer opened fire. She estimated, at various times, that
three, four or five shots were fired.
“Please,
Officer, don’t tell me that you just did this to him,” she said. “You
shot four bullets into him, sir. He was just getting his license and
registration, sir.”
Ms.
Reynolds’s daughter appears several times in the video. Near the end of
the 10-minute clip, as the two are sitting in the back of a police car
and Ms. Reynolds becomes increasingly distraught, the girl comforts her
mother. “It’s O.K., Mommy,” she says. “It’s O.K. I’m right here with
you.”
Late
Thursday night, Minnesota authorities identified the officer who fired
as Jeronimo Yanez. They said he is on administrative leave as the
investigation continues. Another officer who did not shoot but was on
the scene is also on leave.
The
Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office ruled Mr. Castile’s manner of
death to be a homicide, meaning he was killed by another person.
In
a short statement, the medical examiner said Mr. Castile sustained
multiple gunshot wounds and died at 9:37 p.m. in a hospital emergency
room, about 20 minutes after he was shot.
Mr.
Castile had worked in the nutrition services department of St. Paul
Public Schools since 2002, and became a supervisor two years ago, the
district said in a statement. In recent years, he worked at J. J. Hill Montessori Magnet School, which is part of the district.
Deadly Police Shooting in Minnesota “He was one of the softest-spoken people you’ve ever met,” said Antonio Johnson, a first cousin of Mr. Castile’s. “This kid has never been in an argument. You could try to argue with him, and he was so nonconfrontational that he’d just laugh.”
Danny
Givens, a nondemoninational pastor who said he was a friend of Mr.
Castile’s, said, “Philando was a very even-keeled man, good-hearted,
personable, smile would light up a room, eyes that just speak volumes of
love.”
In
its statement, the school district said: “He had a cheerful disposition
and his colleagues enjoyed working with him. He was quick to greet
former co-workers with a smile and hug.”
In
the day after the shooting, Ms. Reynolds and her video supplied the
only public accounts of the lethal encounter. Officials said they could
not offer any details, though they did confirm that a gun — presumably
Mr. Castile’s — was recovered from the scene.
Mona
Dohman, the state commissioner of public safety, who oversees the
Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, declined to say whether Mr. Castile had
a permit to carry a concealed firearm.
Mr.
Dayton said he was struck by the fact that the video did not show
officers making any attempt to render first aid to the dying man, but
that they handcuffed Ms. Reynolds and placed her and her daughter in the
back of a police car. “The stark treatment I find just absolutely
appalling at all levels,” he said.
