NIMASA DG Trial: How Suspect Purchased N70 Million Property – Prosecution Witness

An indictment witness in the continuous trial of previous - Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA, Patrick Akpobolokemi and six others, yesterday, told a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, that he gathered the aggregate of N70 million for a plot of area sold to one of the blamed.

The witness, Eboigbe Etiosa, a property expert and Chief Executive Officer, CEO, of Eboigbe Etiosa and Associate told the court that it was the second blamed individual, Captain Ezekiel Agaba who purchased the property.

As indicated by him, the property, a land parcel in Northern Foreshore, was obtained for N70 million in 2014, with the suspect crediting his

Apex financial balance with the aggregate in two portions.
