The Nigerian military said its troops have captured the driving force of last Sunday's besieging in Jos, Plateau state, and Tuesday's suicide impact in Zaria, Kaduna state.
The Defense Headquarters said in a tweet on Wednesday that the suspect was captured at a military checkpoint in Gombe State.
It said the capture took after an operation by a joined group of the military and DSS agents.
It didn't give further subtle elements.
The Plateau assault murdered 44 individuals while the blast in Zaria executed 26 individuals.
